We kept running into the same problem: great meeting notes, clear action items… and then half of them never actually got done. They'd sit in a doc nobody reopened.
So we built an integration to close that gap. Granola now connects to BasicOps, which means you can take any action item from your meeting notes and turn it into a real, trackable task in one click.
How it works in practice:
- Take your notes in Granola like you normally would
- Identify the action items that came out of the meeting
- Click once to send them to BasicOps as tasks
- Assign an owner, set a priority, and track it to done
No copy-paste, no manual re-typing, and no more "wait, who was supposed to do that?" after the call ends.
The whole point is to make notes lead to actual follow-through instead of just being a record of what was discussed. If your meetings tend to generate a lot of action items that slip through the cracks, this might save you some headaches.
